Spray Painting & Finishing

Our factory is set up with 2 custom designed water curtain spray booths allowing us to handle a wide range of finishes including state-of-the-art water-based polyurethanes, complete matt finished polyurethanes that show the natural timber character or full gloss piano finished lacquers. Our expert spray painting team can assist, whether you need a highly stabilised UV clear finish to maintain the original character of your special veneer, or a custom stain to match existing elements in your project.

Our booth is fitted with a fully automated robotic spray system allowing perfect repetition on flat or curved panels. The ability to finish products in-house allows another level of quality and control.
