Solid Timber Processing

Solid timber is extremely important to us. We have a large area dedicated to the manufacturing of our solid timber components. This includes a fully automated 7 head timber moulder and a solid timber laminator. We also have a full range of traditional timber machines including a spindle with hundreds of cutters, jointers and thicknessers, which allow us to meet any specific design needs. Vertically integrating the processing of solid timber allows us to reduce lead times, maintain quality, produce custom profiles and secure the chain of custody for FSC or PEFC projects.
