This hatted Sydney restaurant fit out was part of The Star redevelopment in Sydney. It features custom joinery by Civardi throughout, banquette seating, servery stations, detailed screens, bar area and a curved two temperature zoned climate controlled wine racking. The restaurant features a centrepiece log table created by Civardi from a discarded 40 year old Sydney blue gum tree.
